‘London Head Drawings' is a series of charcoal drawings that emerged from my fascination for rudimentary representations of the portrait head. The drawings were based on scrutinizing fellow commuters, portrait sculptures of the 18th and 19thc and passport photographs. There are over 200 drawings in the series.
